Some Hearts by Carrie Underwood. It was kind of a single but not really. Gets played at random places like water parks and theme parks every now and then. But overall it was never too popular. It could have been massive if properly released/pushed

Also I'll second most of Melodrama, and also add Ribs, Buzzcut Season, and A World Alone off her first album. God there were so many single worthy tracks from it...

probably my third favourite song of TPAB, it was never a single and didn't debut on the Hot 100 while Wesley's Theory and Institutionalized did.
Coldplay - Major Minus
has always been one of my favourite songs ever, despite the album having like 6 singles, this was never one of them

"H.A.T.E. U" by Mariah Carey is such a beautiful, relatable song for me. On point lyrically with a dreamy vocal and bonafide melody. I hate that she doesn't perform it ever.
